- Establish a "Masterminds" group that would function as a Steering Committee.
- Request every Masonic body in District #10 to designate a representative to attend all MFLA meetings.
- Request no less than the three principal officers of every Masonic body in District #10 to attend all MFLA meetings.
- Develop a budget.
- Reinstate the procedure to request the payment of "voluntary assessments" by constituent Masonic Lodges.
- Assure that the Annual Directory is issued on a timely basis
- Provide written agendas prior to each regularly scheduled meetings.
- Develop special programs that will be of interest to the membership including, but not limited to, Grand Lodge sanctioned workshops and sessions on improved ritual work
- Request every Masonic body in District #10 to provide a written calendar of their upcoming events.
- Set up tables for meetings in a manner that is suitable for effective discussion.
- Assure that key information covered at meetings is disseminated through.
- Letters from District No. 10 published by VWB John Browne as well as on Mason 10 and Mason 9
- Assure that meetings are well-publicized well in advance of meeting dates.
- Review By-laws and propose additions and/or revisions to the membership.
- Work with the Masonic Education Council to develop an Investment Policy Statement.
- Keep the meetings "on track"
